Email Confirmation

Upon check-out, you will receive an order confirmation email and a follow-up email once your order has shipped. To track your package please click on the link in the second email. 

Shipping

Once your order and payment have been received, we will process your order. Free shipping in the United States arrives via USPS within 5-7 business days. Fast shipping is $30 via USPS and UPS and arrives within 3 business days. International shipping is $60, and local taxes (including VAT), import taxes, and duties are also the responsibility of the recipient. 

Next Day Delivery in New York City

We would be happy to arrange for next day delivery option in NYC for an additional $20.00. Please email hello@ofrareorigin.com to arrange this option. 

Exchanges

Of Rare Origin accepts exchanges only. You are welcome to exchange your items within 14 days of the ship date upon meeting policy requirements. Please note, custom orders, special orders, or specifically sized pieces (such as rings) are final sale, and not exchangeable or returnable. We will not accept used or damaged items for exchange. Exchanges must be sent to us in its original condition and packaging. Please email hello@ofrareorigin.com to initiate an exchange, and find out where your exchange should be shipped.
